That is a great question! Abundance coaching is about switching your perspective from one of lack,
to one of abundance. It is about learning how to live life in alignment with gratitude, and your core values.
It is about using tools like affirmations, habits, goal setting, experimentation, and mindset work, to achieve
a more balanced way of life. It isn’t about removing the chaos, but instead recognizing the abundance offered
on the path you are taking along this wonderful journey called life.
The central belief of abundance is that there is enough out there for everyone.
Resiliency is grown in an abundance mindset. We feel a greater sense of generosity and an ease for
positive thinking. Community thrives in abundance, as we glowingly infect others around us.
Like attracts like. Life is full of invitation and opportunity.
In contrast, living in a place of lack can be seen as fearful. We are inspired only by what we don’t have,
and bogged down by what won’t work. We often see the world in black and white, good and bad,
right and wrong, unable and unwilling to see the greys. Stepping outside ones comfort zone feels
impossible and unsafe, there is a complete resistance to change. Life is full of nothing but heartache and loss.
Moving from lack to abundance requires a willingness to examine and change our patterns, whether
they be found in our thoughts, our emotions, or our actions. We can experiment with new concepts and let go
of old scripts that are no longer serving us. Abundance says “yes, I can” while lack says “no, I won’t”. Abundance is
looking for what’s new, what’s next, what’s for everyone. Lack is looking at what is old, tired, and singularly mine.
You need to be honest about where you are in your life and what significant transformations you are ready to take on.
When you move from lack into abundance you exhibit a willingness to change and take on a new shape.
